ASTAUfest-2019

In order to form a certain perception on traditions of Kazakh national cuisine, College of Catering and Public Service initiated the project Forgotten national dishes” within the framework of the programme Rýhanı jańǵyrý (from Kazakh “Spiritual renaissance”). Some of the dishes of our national cuisine were forgotten and lost during the modernisation of the world. Therefore, we aim to find the original recipes and bring them back to our modern kitchens. We are offering to collect all the information and make a big database about traditional and forgotten national dishes of Kazakh people. We invited our social partners, teachers and students of our College and teachers and students from the general-education schools #28, #30 and #55 to this fascinating event.
